A three-day workshop on sustainability and exploitation workshop was held at Hamburg University of Technology. The purpose of the workshop to develop the action plan for KPIs for the medium- and long-term sustainability of the pedagogic model and Train-the-Trainers workshop, to define strategic areas for financial sustainability and to discuss the implementation of the remaining tasks of the project.
